CFAB: An advantage of studying CFAB in Sunway College (Sun-TES)

Studying CFAB in Sunway College has one added advantage besides the exceptional qualification, is that, you can eat!!!

Sun-TES provides RM 25 for each students in the class to dine in a restaurant with your lecturer. It seems that this special treatment is given to CFAB students (a WHOLE class) who passed their final exams. (Note: a whole class must pass even though your class is a combined class. For example, "Batch 16 combines with A-level students to study Accounting" is consider a whole class.) However, I do not know if this treatment will continue in ICAEW (probably will, as long as the requirement is met).

So, our class actually work very hard on every final exam to win this chance. And finally, one of the batches in our class passed (we have 2 batches in one class) Business Finance!!! Although not the whole class passed it, but our generous and kind lecturer promised us that he would "sponsor" RM 200 to EACH batch in our class who passes it. So, this means that if both batches pass, we will have RM 25(number of students in class) + RM 200 + RM 200 = RM X and if only one of the batches passes, we will only have RM 200. Thus, we have RM 200 to eat and we decided to have our lunch in Coliseum in Sunway Pyramid.

I only have pictures on some of the food but I am sure most of us ordered set lunch.

One of my friends ordered this:
Set Lunch - "Sawadee" Pan Seared Salmon Steak which comes with an appetiser (carrot soup), drinks (ice lemon tea or hainanese coffee or tea) and a dessert.
and this:
I forgot what this is called but is not a set lunch.
and I ordered this:
Breaded chicken chop with mushroom sauce.
My advice is to try to taste the sauce first before you pour the sauce into your food. The sauce may not taste as good as the food and so you may just want to eat the food without sauce.

Also, My friend and I ordered chocolate mousse. The taste is fantastic and I definitely recommend it to chocolate lover. The cold chocolate mousse is at the bottom. Above the mousse, there is a scoop of chocolate ice cream and is surrounded with whipped cream.

Hopefully we get to have another lunch with other lecturers too!!
