ICSS (Round 2)

Hello!!!

Last week Sunday,  was the second round of competition and it was held in Mid Valley. The reason we were there was because one of our sponsors - Metrojaya is in there.

For this round of competition,  we arrived in Mid Valley at 9.30 am and gathered right in front of Guess.  Though they told us that the competition started at 9.30am,  it started an hour later (can never get used to Malaysian timing). What we did on the spare time?  Lots of talking and pictures. Here's some of them.

When everyone was gathered,  there was a short briefing on where's the venue and how we should walk there.  And lots of taking pictures again.  These process took another 30 minutes, I supposed.  During these process,  we attracted quite a lot of attention,  probably due to our all black and white attire.

After all these and one last picture with the background Metrojaya, the competition finally started. Last week challenge was everything about accessories and there's 2 round of challenge.  The first round of challenge required us to partner with another competitors and help to 'decorate' them according to what they wore.

The time given was 30 minutes. We were allowed to use any accessories on that particular floor in Metrojaya. When we heard this,  we were super excited. Before the competition started, we were told to take off any accessories and then 30 minutes started counting.

Again,  as I have no experience in wearing any accessories,  I had no idea what to decorate on her.  The result came out to be very simple and newbie. And I don't think the judges like something too simple.

From the left 6, was what I did to my friend. So simple that you can barely see anything from here.

After the first round, the second round immediately started. The second round required us to 'decorate' ourselves with the help of the consultants.  For some reasons, it became the consultants helped us with 'decorating', but I did learn something from here.  Like what to wear and what not to wear for my dress. What to do with hair and stuff. They were very willing to help and teach and I appreciate it so much.

With the last round of judging,  the competition ended and we were free to have our lunch.

I really have to thank Metrojaya for providing the places and items for this competition and also the consultants for helping and supporting me in this competition.

Thank you very much.
