Hello!

About: This story is about Takuma Kakunochi, an athletic boy who is diagnosed with a serious heart disease since he was young. Because of this, he is not able to do heavy exercise and is always confined in the hospital. However, he met Mayu Taneda, his doctor's daughter and immediately becomes close friend. At the age of 8, Takuma even promised to Mayu that he will marry her at the age of 20. And that's how they fall in love deeper with each other.

One day, Takuma found out that he is unable to live past 20 years old. In addition to that, he was shocked that he is the only one who is kept under the dark. And from that day onwards, he kept his distance from Mayu and told her to not hold on to their childhood promise. Mayu was puzzled by his sudden changed. What will happen? Will she listen to what Takuma says? Can Takuma hold back his feelings? What will happen when the time comes?

This is a sad SAD story. A story that involves life and death, the healthy ones and the terminally-ill ones. A situation that we, as a living organism can't escape - DEATH. We are anxious when we know that one day we will die. So, what happen if we were told our time limit? Will you live your life to the fullest or will you just wait as the day pass by? This manga may give you an answer.

The drawing of this manga is quite similar to Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru. It has a clean, defined and beautiful drawing and the manga is easy to read. Later, only I found that it was drawn by the same person. Not only that it has the same style of drawing, the characters of these 2 mangas are actually related!!

The movie actually retains most of the stories but has a different ending. So, you might just want to watch the movie if you are too lazy to read the manga?? XD (I was just joking, please do read the manga. Even though it has many similarities, the "feel" is different~)
